                 The Iterative Hard Thresholiding Algorithm and Its Variations

                 要:Many iterative hard thresholding algorithms have been proposed in signal processing and image restoration. Compared to the classical least square problem with sparsity constraints such as the best subset problem and LASSO, it is challenging to provide the convergences analysis because of the non-smoothness of the objective function and non-convex feasible set. Motivated by the recent work on compressed sensing, we consider a general convex function subject to sparsity constraints and connect it with the non-convex model in one-bit compressive sensing literatures. A projected subgradient method is proposed to solve the general model and some convergence results are established.

                 介:浙江理工大学数学科学系教授,浙江省中青年学科带头人。2009年毕业于浙江大学数学系获博士学位。曾在加拿大Alberta大学和加◣拿大Calgary大学从事博士后研究工作。从事小波分析及应用、压缩感知等相关领域的研究。研究内容为信号处理,图像▓处理中的数学问题与方法。主持国家自然科学基金面上↘项目,浙江省杰出青年基金项目等省部级项目。在《Applied and Computational Harmonic Analysis》、《IEEE Transaction on Information Theory》和《IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing》等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。
